How Do They Decide Who Is Going To Do The Futures Ramps?

I would think that without some sort of calendar or something it would be difficult to make sure that someone was always responsible and to split up the cost fairly.

OTOH - If too many people were doing it the ramp might be too strong and things would go up higher than they should. <gg>
