Interesting take on vouchers. In any event, you're correct. We're on the same side even though our reasoning is 180 degrees different.

Private schools could always kick the miscreants back to the public school district where, by law, the public school district would have to educate these kids. Correct?
That's what goes on right now in private schools. Correct?

I doubt if any private school would be "recruiting" any at-risk kids. They'd be offering their "scholarships" to the kids in the top 10 percent of their class or, in many cases, to the best athletes.

The ultimate answer lies in improving public schools.
