It certainly includes "sales" and I'm guessing "service". The R&D facilities are in Israel. Where are the manufacturing elements? I expect they are also in Israel to the extent they now exist.

I thought the issue was can CWN expect to support world-wide installations with a single office in Israel. I was just pointing out they also have a presence in the US. Depending on what you mean by support it could come from the US side of the Atlantic.
