Yeah... it's called valuation and something about capex being cut and worries over lowered guidance after vtss warned.

BWAC: When you're looking into what costs were at this revenue level, don't forget to figure out how many employees each company had (and there were some smaller non public companies that amcc gobbled up too) and salary increases. The ceo and cfo made a million in salary last year (together). Other than that... you're on your own. It's a futile task if you ask me. If it was really important to you, prior to buying it would have been a good time to figure that out.
