Breathtaking. Nobody is gullible enough to believe that. "Je me Souviens" may well be from some smarmy poem or it may be that the poem adopted the saying and tried to twist it. I think the saying is far older than the poem. Do you really believe that people who would say "victory of the cradle" would say "and thanks" in the same breath? Do you understand the concept of sarcasm? The saying is "I remember" not "merci beacoup, ma belle ami". EC<:-}
