Anyone know who is this Ultimate Holdings, Ltd and who is behind it? Where is Ramy Y. El-Batrawi from and who is he tied in with? Rumor has it that the feds closed a brokerage firm called Native American Securities Co., Inc., located at 42 Broadway, NY, NY. Seems they were loaning out shares of GENI to short sellers and in the end failed to deliver after having received over $50,000,000 in proceeds. They were shut down last night and mysteriously nobody is there anymore. Their attorney won't give any information out. Law authorities are being very hush and the NASD is keeping very tight lipped. Seems very strange. Rumors that some financial firms will fail over this are also circulating. Very strange that this firm has basically disappeared. Seems strange that they would be dealing in such large volumes of this stock. Is it a coincidence that the CEO appears to be an arab? Funny how the NASDAQ halts the stock after learning that American Native Securities screwed the street in this stock. There is a tangled web here IMO. Anybody that has any info on any of the characters involved would love to see it. This has all the appearance of something very bad. sprintcar
