Probably retest at a minimum, but we should also get a decent bounce at some point soon after...something on the order of a few weeks to few months. Longer term, forget about the DOW making new highs for a while and as for the Nasdaq, that index won't see 5000 again for many years. The bottom we'll see over the near term will be temporary as by some time next year should see the DOW at least around 6000 and the Nasdaq below 1000.

I won't even consider making any buy and hold long term investments until then.
