Jane,
That is my point. We have always had FBI for internal matters and CIA for external matters. Another department or cabinet is just another bureaucrat and the bureaucratic power play. If you want pure air security...simple....no baggage....fly nude... and full body cavity searches.

Like the thread header says...we need security....what do we pay for it?
