I may be wrong, but I think Clinton heard Osama was in Rwanda and so he backed down. it is a shame what goes on there. I agree. But, the terrorists there are in trouble too. As for China, I think they are doomed for economic collapse. I am reading a book by Gordon Chang on it, and it is bad. They will strike out against anyone near them like a wounded democrat.
