- I went thur their finl's on edgar; press releases; etc.... & don't know if they even paid any money up front for yu gi oh

- for instance, you'd expect to see soemthign on the bal sheet about a "pre-paid asset - rights to license" or something to that effect - but it's not there

- so I think - unless someone knows something that I don't - that it's strictly a % of sales deal - as you allude to
