Market direction is still DOWNv.
Rally while strong, wasn't strong enough to change market direction as yet.
Example:
DWA's Stocks trading above their 10 week MA moved from 6.9% to 9.4%. While it did move higher it wasn't enough to change chart from Os to Xs.
My market direction indicators moved likewise.

Then again what the heck do I know?
I'm still just learning how to play this game,
