Julia Roberts donates $2 million to help victims in New York: NEW YORK (AP) - Julia Roberts has donated $2 million to aid victims of last week's terrorist attacks, her publicist announced. Roberts, who lives in New York, donated $1 million to the American Red Cross (news - web sites) Disaster Relief Fund and $1 million to the September 11 Fund. ``Like all Americans, Julia was profoundly affected by this horrific tragedy,'' her spokeswoman said Friday. ``She sends her deepest sympathies and prayers to everyone who has suffered such an unspeakable loss.''
