Actually i believe she's referring to past landmines on vietnamese soil, which makes your point rather more valid, eh .... notice that they are discussing the How? of 'winning' that 'war', and studiously avoiding the Why? of its very existence ... i predict that they will fail to mention the percentage of french at Dien Bien Phu who were previously Waffen SS
