Stefan; End of quater action funds do 1st what the
money flow in/out dictates ,Then while doing 1 above
they dress up the portfolio by dumping the dogs and
adding to the winners. If they have inflow the
winners will move up nicely. So far it's been a move
from growth to value, but that will change after the
market bottoms.
