well, khris... and i thought i was doing so good. 'bad undergraduate term paper'? i will have to look at it again. maybe i was the audience he was looking for - ghastly thought. i will look at all this when i get home. i want to see what you see, and to see what i made of it the first time. the reason i say this is that it sounds, off the top, as if you have some business background and some idea of what you're talking about. my background in business is nil, and i am just trying to learn to read these reports. maybe i got ahead of myself. the point about the four offices i thought particularly astute, good forensics. have you called them to ask why? i was only aware of el paso and, i think, ottawa.
as i say, i'll look into them at home. i do a lot of my web-stuff at work. i am a night nurse in a psychiatric emergency room which often slows down a lot after 2 or 3 am and allows me time to unlimber my laptop. i'm located in the bay area, actually north of s.f.
i'll go check these other threads now. don
