Comparing Asia to the Western Hemisphere.

As Japan got rich it expand economic development to Asian countries using the rollover strategy of exporting its low tech and labour intensive industries to Asian countries.

More than a decade of this rollover strategy have propelled many Asian countries to high level of economic development.

Compare that with the US. The fat cat bureaucracy is still blocking a country with a bozo in green uniform that keeps its population in misery. Just because they got a bloody nose in the Bay of Pigs about 40 years ago.

Central America and the Caribbean have never seen anything similar to what happened in Asian during the boom. OK, there are no Hakkas there some would say. But the presence of the US is what is weighing down poverty in the US hemisphere.
