Actually, I'm not that interested in the Toulouse incident... Now, I've got a problem you may help me to clear up: on September 11, according to (French) newsmags I've read this morning, a car-bomb exploded in front of the State Department --at 10:22 AM as reported by "La Libre - Match" or 10:38 AM as reported by the other. I suspect there's sort of a coverup on this because THAT WOULD BE A HUGE DISCREPANCY in the "suicide raid" theory!

Indeed, how come a terrorist team was set up in the US, whose half the manpower was preparing kamikaze raids on symbolic US targets (WTC, Pentagon,..) while the other half was merely assigned the much more "mundane" task of blowing up cars in front of official buildings such as the State Dept.??

The whole thing makes sense ONLY if all of them were initially sent on a "low-key" mission, that is, a few car-bomb explosions here, and a few conventional hijackings there... Hence my theory that, for some mysterious reason, the original low-key plan got scrapped and, while the car-bomb team couldn't change/worsen much its mission, the hijack team switched into high gear... Your take?
