Dear Kevin Rose: Well, what gives me hope is at least on the surface it would appear Russia, Nato, and China are all in agreement with most of the World about terrorism. IF THAT IS TRUE, then I think it can be licked. Most of the countries that seem to be the main sponsors rely on one or the other for weapons and even food in some cases. If we act as a group seems to me we got a good chance of making this antiterrorism theme stick. I noticed even Arafat got off his butt and started talking peace. Maybe he now sees the handwriting on the wall?? JDN
