The Apostolic Creed is not exclusive to Roman Catholicism, as has been demonstrated. It is widely used in Protestant Christianity, especially the three main streams of the Reformation and their offshoots. It is also not exclusive to fundamentalists. There are those who are more moderate who would subscribe to the Creed, at least with reservations. That is the point of saying that I was curious about whether she were traditionalist "at all". And yes, from her response, I was able to determine that she is not "at all", but is a Modernist. That is a matter of interest, since she and GM have virtually no common ground in the use of the word Christian.
