The buyer was Thermo Electron Corp, which periodically buys back
some of its subsidiaries' shares. Their position for some time has
been that TLZ is undervalued. The recent run-up seems to have been
caused by what I regard as hype by brokerage firms. I stand by my
analysis, expressed in recent postings.
