Diametrics Medical Inc., Roseville, has retained KCSA
Public Relations Worldwide for investor and public-relations
support.

Hypertension Diagnostics Inc., Eagan, said Makefield
Securities Corp. has initiated equity research coverage of the
company with a speculative buy rating and with a 12-month
price target of $11.50.

MLT Vacations Inc., has moved its headquarters into an
office building in Pentagon Office Park in Edina.

Snyder's Drug Stores, Minnetonka, has completed the
purchase of Drug Emporium Inc., Powell, Ohio. Snyder's will
now operate 161 stores in 16 states, under the banners of
Snyder's Drug, Western Drug, XIV Drug Stores, F&M Drug
Stores and the Drug Emporium.

Kern, DeWenter, Viere, St. Cloud, Ready Net Go Inc., St.
Cloud, and Simplified Software Systems Inc., Waite Park,
Minn., have merged to form Sirgo Inc. Sirgo provides
computer and technology-related services.

Loronix Information Systems Inc., Durango, Colo., has
selected Burnsville-based Media Relations Inc. to provide its
public relations services. Loronix makes networked digital video
management systems to industries worldwide.

NRG Energy Inc., Minneapolis, has reconfirmed its
previously forecast $1.35 in earnings per share for 2001.

The James J. Hill Reference Library, St. Paul, has named
Sam Richter president. Richter previously was a senior director
of e-business marketing at Digital River Inc.

Possis Medical Inc., Coon Rapids, has signed an agreement
with HealthTrust Purchasing Group to supply its AngioJet
Rheolytic thrombectomy system to the more than 700 member
facilities of HealthTrust Purchasing.

AB/usa, Minneapolis, has developed an adviser recruitment
campaign for American Express.

Medtronic Inc., Fridley, said the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration has approved a screening test to identify people
who may benefit from the company's InterStim therapy for
urinary control, which uses an implanted medical device akin to
a cardiac pacemaker to deliver sacral nerve stimulation.

Aero Systems Engineering Inc., St. Paul, said Celsius Inc., a
subsidiary of Saab AB, has sold a 51 percent stock interest in
Aero Systems Engineering to Minnesota ASE, a newly formed
limited liability company led by a group of Minnesota investors.
Celsius Inc. will retain a 29 percent stock interest in Aero
Systems Engineering.

Navarre Corp., New Hope, said Navarre Distribution Services
has formed a strategic alliance with Apple Inc. Navarre
Distribution Services will supply third-party Apple software to
Apple's new retail stores and the Apple.com Web site. Apple
also will use Navarre to establish distribution for new Mac
publishers.

RMS Disease Management Inc., McGaw Park, Ill., an affiliate
of Baxter International Inc., has signed an agreement with
HealthPartners to coordinate the care of patients with chronic
kidney disease.

Digital River Inc., Eden Prairie, has built and launched an
e-commerce site for Sargento Foods Inc. at
sargentoreserve.com . Digital River hosts and
manages the site.
