Hey NYCBoy, fairly valued at $3? Their cash and investments balance alone almost gets them to that figure. YOu are completely discounting all their future cash flows. $3 prices them at dissolution values. Doing a discounted cash flow analysis, I come up with around $9-11 depending on how you swing the assumptions. If you do a discounted EPS analysis, you get even higher.
