Cary, are you trying to hold up the market single handedly?! Even my pessimistic view proved too optimistic. I really thought QLGC had seen its lows and was very surprised by its afternoon action yesterday. Then I thought we'll have a bounce this morning, and the over seas markets did move up, but no cigar for me. Anyway, I think you should look at the P/S and GM valuations in 91-92 time frame and price accordingly.

PS there are fundamentally good reasons for the fall. I don't think that it is just fear or terrorism that is driving the market.
