You are paranoid CC. How do you suppose that an actor running for president has more pull internationally than the sitting president? Even if your dillusional theory is correct, doesn't say much about Carter's ability to get the job done, does it?

Please explain how Reagan took the reigns of foriegn diplomacy from a sitting president.
