Man o' man, there isn't a buyer in site in this market. I think there's something that could help pull us out of this slump. If our government would provide incentive and stimulus to communication companies, to develop and provide broadband to the masses, I think things would turn hugely.
Think about it, if broadband technology was developed and available to the masses at a reasonable cost, it could change our world. Lot's of new communication products would have to be manufactured, shipped, and purchased, computers, monitors, cable modems, TV's, DVD's, etc.. We would be able to talk and view each other over the net, download movies, use interactive TV, etc.. Broadband is awesome IMO.
I think it's coming anyway, but it's kind of stuck right now.
I read months ago, an article by Bill Gates, talking about this hurdle to get broadband to everyone.
It sure would make a difference, IMO.
I already emailed my senator.
I wish our government would help with this.
