Either it is qualifying the process, which would *not* make it a production fab, or it is currently producing 12 inch .13u production worthy Pentium 4 chips in secret as we speak, and Milo seems to be the only one with first hand knowledge of this occurrence.

Not commenting on whether or not it's true, but couldn't it be in production @.13u and still be several months from Northwood introduction? Fab throughput, packaging and test, inventory buildup for intro, all these take time. In fact, schedules seem to call for a Northwood intro in Q4. If true they must be in production somewhere. Are you having more trouble with the 12" or the .13u P4?
