I talked to Kim at IR and noted following:
- CFO had vacation plans for months and will be back after 4th July weekend
- She did emphasized that Pairgain is sales driven company and that's how company is dealing with any situation
- will not comment on sales, revenue, earnings as this is black out time
- today's stock price seems to be in reaction Friday's downgrade from Wessel based on pricing pressures
