PTK,

"given that the facility agreed upon stipulates a minimum share price of around $6.00 dmx cannot draw any money and looks to lose this cash source."

I have made efforts over the past 6 months to understand the terms of this agreement. I have come to the conclusion, based on talking to many people, either familiar with this specific deal or similar financings, that the $6.00 is there to protect Dimethaid, not Acqua. In other words, if Dimethaid desires to still take a draw below $6.00, they can.

I cannot guarantee this, but I am 99% certain this is the case. Dimethaid running out of money right now is not a major concern of mine. If push came to shove, Rebecca has a few options for cash. We will get the approvals from the EU in the next week or two, and a partner will be announced - that's what I'm keeping my eyes open for.
