| I got on SI to discuss politics, through Go2Net originally, which is why I have a political moniker. I still do, in fact, on the Bush thread and the RWET. I was pulled over to this thread awhile back by my friend brees, to weigh in on a quasi- theological discussion. I have discussed various things here, but I am very interested in philosophy, and if I can scare up a discussion of ethics or metaphysics, I will. I am most interested in promoting clarity of thought, and, insofar as I can contribute to it, the advancement of opinion towards truth. I am also interested in various "questions of the day", insofar as they effect our future, of course, and hope to sharpen my views, and, if possible, advance them, mainly through uncommitted on- lookers, or lurkers....... |
