PE is useless. When (fiscal) 3Q02 results are in, the E will be zero or near zero. Question: What's the PE when the stock is at 5, and the trailing 12M EPS is 0.05? Answer: It's the wrong question. And don't try using forward 12M EPS, because no one has a clue.

I calculate a P/S of 2.3 ( = 6.5/(969M/354M) ), which sets a new low for the 5-year range.
