And where would the Holocaust survivors have gone? Back to Poland? They were being slaughtered anew there when they tried. Russia?--Stalin was preparing the Jewish Doctors' trial. No other country offered refuge for that many.

Why blame Zionism for the Christian and Moslem persecutions that led desperate Jews to buy unforsaken land in the mandate area, and to legally immigrate there, just as foreign arabs were doing simultaneously?

Why do the nations that caused the persecutions constantly seek absolution for their genocides and crimes? Shouldn't an historical wrong be made right???

Look what we've done to the Native Americans in this country & when they complain that their wealth is still in the hands of the thieves they get little sympathy. I happen to agree with Finkelstein on some points, but what he misses is that the continuing antisemitism in all countries (which is going on for thousands of years now, and had nothing to do with Zionism for 99% of this period) continues to fuel Jewish fears, and efforts to preserve the Holocaust in memory (an effort which should be extended to the Armenians, the other major 20th century victims of Muslim aggression and genocidal tendencies).

Talk of genocides, millions of innocents killed?--there were at least three in the 20th century--one Christian (the Nazis); one Muslim (the Armenians); one Communistic (the Cambodians, who aren't really dead according to some early Chomsky articles).

Zionist genocides? That's neo-nazi proganda.
