Libby Libby Libby, Although such an event would stimulate STOCK PRICES, I don't think it would be good for the system in the longer run. Programs such as those are often met with much wasteful spending in the hurry to get it going. THe mkt decides and allocates funds appropriately. This doesn't help lonely stockholders, but it's the correct path to buildout
