Carranza, I do not think Nokia has made any specific
statements to The Daily Telegraph or anyone else concerning
definitions like "emergence", " mass-market"
nor "GBP22.5bn invested in 3G licenses".

However, Soundview makes an interesting statement, at least
as quoted, note that the last part defines the two first
parts.

- There aren't that many applications which we expect
- to become popular
- with consumers that need 3G
