So far I like TS...their data seems pretty good, although today my platform went down/backup/down/partially up/down/up for about a 30 sec-1 min...not sure why, but it came back up without me doing a thing...although when it went down I had many programs running, so I shut down the 3 non-essential ones. As I was telling Patrick, their feed is fast, very comparable to eSignal...maybe even a little better, since it is included...no platform fee. When I was scalpin VISG yesterday, I was using the PEG/Show/Discretionary orders to help my entry and exit...interesting stuff...their Nasdaq stops are run through HRZG...they have a direct connection with them. I talked to them about not being able to see my commissions...they gave me another site where I can log on and download or print out my confirmations. Their data goes back to the 1970, so one can look @ stuff back then, the intraday I'm not sure how far back it goes but, on MLNM I can @ least see intraday when it was ~$90/share (around 11/7 I'm not sure of the year)...which is a sick amount, which I don't really use(@least not yet). I still don't know how to use even a small portion of it, but I fiddle my way though it...and use eSig and MSPro @ the same time (Not that I know how to use those either >G<). One thing I did learn was that for every share above 2K they charge ya $0.02, on top of the normal base and under 2K routing/share fee...so break up dem large blocks. The platform comes with a few useful tutorials to get ya through the basics.
I've called customer service many times...each time they are very pleasant and helpful. They paid for Airborne to pick up my account application, so I would expect they would do the same. Now if I can just learn their Easy Language, and how to use some of their toys. I haven't tried to take $ out, but they said that just let them know and they'll wire it to ya for free.
