In 1996, Jim Rogers pegged the total annual aid to Israel at $6.3 billion. He was touting Israel as a good investment, but naturally the fact that he revealed this taboo figure got him into hot water.

there is pilfering of American technology from US corporations, military facilities, and research labs.

This is perhaps the least documented issue. It is real, though.
