Will this stock ever stop falling, I mean 50 cents is pretty low. I would love to know how much cash INCE has left after Sigma 7 acquisition, I know they used to have almost 10 million, I doubt it is that high now but I am sure it is still a good chunk of change. I also doubt they have many liabilities, since most of money came from preferred stock. Is the reason for the possible drop today EDVC conversion selling? I can't think of any other reason. I definately think the SEC should have a look at the INCE ITCO splitoff, the one who made the decision (Neild) also seems to be the one who came out on top after the splitoff. Seems like stockholders got screwed.
