I have to agree, I'm seeing many smallcaps in the last couple days that have hit "washout capitulation" levels on heavy volume, if nothing else for a short term bounce. There's been some major fund unwinding, margin selling, and general "throw in the towel" selling going on. Many getting hit HARD on no specific news, when just a couple months ago the same people were buying the bad news... You can't ask for much more negative sentiment... Throw in some short term victory against the "war" and there could be some major bouncing... Of course unkown "news events" could go either way.
