anomaly today in that 48 NDX stocks were up today while 50 were down. 35 stocks in the NDX are below $ 10 and 15 below $ 5. so prices are getting pretty compressed for a good number of ugly stocks. EXDS, which was halted again today, has many of its moving averages below a buck now.
