You might want to contact Sungard and Comdisco to see if they are interested. The following link begins to demonstrate what I'm referring to re: D/R. The fact that you have regular carriers in those colos could very well present an attractive prospect to them, since setting up carrier access is one of the largest expenses and potentially the longest time-consuming processes in setting up these kinds of accommodations.
