You didn't answer the question at hand - what legal documents or deeds give Palestinians their claimed rights?

Oh yes. They don't want to make any precedents. Better, and much more relieving, to keep the Palestinian "brothers" safely tucked away in concentration camps. And channel Palestinian anger at the Israelis rather than at Arab regimes.
