EDIT:It's back up now.... Software was upgraded lst night with the new version of 7.4.2 They should have been ready for this. Actually everything was working this morning until about 8:30, though it was reflective of the previous 2X rule. Personally, I don't care about the 4X BP thing(I rarely use my 2Xs), I think it is going to do a lot of traders in and it is going to create a lot more volitility into the close of each day's those using the max have to bring their accounts into line with the 2X max. But that's just a hunch on my part.
