New INSP patent issued!!! by: great_daytoday Long-Term Sentiment: Strong Buy 09/28/01 12:29 am Msg: 303465 of 303555 INSP is locking down key components of their paperless promos. This one just put on patent web site dated Sept. 25th. It is simple concept but the key is that they had the vision to patent the idea first. It consists of turning geographic data queries such as Main & Main St. into direct marketing areas. The importance is they lock out any competition from offering the service of location based promos because any competition would be turning a search into marketing database area, thus the infringement. Remember INSP probably submitted years ago with a vision long before any competion realized what they were up to. Total domination is coming very soon!!! Read this from patent office skip to description near end it explains in simple english.
