I just upgraded to Tradestation from WOW a few days ago. I really wasn't up for learning a new program, but of course it was a forced transition. I'm realizing now that Tradestation is a vastly superior program. Yes, holidays are treated correctly, and Level 2 shows regionals for exchange traded stocks. That was a feature I missed when I stopped using PC Quote. There is a lot of functionality that I haven't even gotten into yet. Unfortunately, the data feed's reliability is still spotty, but not too bad. But for the same price, Tradestation is more for the money than WOW.
