Just got clarification on this new NASD rule -- broker urged me to write NASD and senators to get this thing canned. He had a lot of good arguments as to why it really is bad and will tend to widen up spreads on stocks -- I know some other things are going to do this to -- but I would encourage folks to write. Much of the info on the boards about this issue is incorrect, BTW.
