Looks like a good deal to me Buckey....They trade 3 wells for three wells and pick up a check for 1.2 million (us)as well as salt water disposal wells and ROFR on deemed non-productive assets for up to five years.Remember they only paid 1MM$ for the whole field when they bought it.
I like it.It strengthens the bank account nicely.Other things are always in the works.
