cb, you're psycho babbling. perception and ability. key ingredients. alan greenspan influenced both perception (creating new economy numbers out of thin air) and ability (giving folks and corporations easy access to money). was this an accident? maybe, but i don't think so. i think alan looked squarely at his feet and confused them w/ the horizon.
