Joey, re: That's very funny...AMD warning OEMs what to do... I keep wondering why any OEM would go along with this ruse. Their bread and butter is getting folks to upgrade because of the processor speed. The OEM's obviously decide what goes on the packaging, and the retailers decide what goes on the point of purchase signage. If they decide they have to list real MHz, for fear of consumer lawsuits and the attendant publicity, what does AMD look like? What happens when Joe Consumer tells his pal he just bought a 1800 MHz AMD computer, and his buddy say's "you fell for the AMD MHz scam? Ha ha ha". John
