Fri 28 Sept 2001

News Release

Mr. Toby Chu reports

Capital Alliance Group has appointed Anish Sunderji to its board of
directors.
Mr. Sunderji is currently the chief executive officer of Trimark Projects
Ltd., a diversified privately held company that invests in real estate,
mining and high-technology sectors throughout the world.
In addition to investment management and financial services, Trimark takes
an active role in its investments by providing access to its wide network
of business contacts. Mr. Sunderji is also a director of RentOnTheDot Inc.,
a privately held corporation in Vancouver. Mr. Sunderji served as Western
Canada area director for Moores Inc. prior to joining Trimark. He has over
20 years experience in marketing, sales and operations.
"We are delighted to welcome Mr. Sunderji to our board," said Capital
Alliance Group president and CEO Toby Chu. "His network of contacts in the
European and Middle Eastern financial communities, which he brings through
his involvement with Trimark, is widespread and will serve as a key asset
to Capital Alliance Group and its subsidiary companies."
Capital Alliance Group has also granted stock options entitling holders to
purchase, for a period of five years, 195,000 common shares of the company
at a price of 35 cents per share. These options are subject to the vesting
schedule and other provisions of the company's stock option plan.
