I think KLAC's relative strength has been due to a perception that advanced processes require more inspection and more expensive inspection, that KLAC's share of the fab dollar is rising faster than say, AMAT's and NVLS'.

I certainly think 2004 earnings estimates and 1998 valuations are far more important than a discussion of the above contention. NOT!
