There is a museum devoted to American Indians being built on the Mall in Washington right now. I doubt it will focus on atrocities, though. Probably focus more on the positive aspects, but maybe some space will be devoted to the less admirable interactions. If complete truth were told, then space would be devoted to Indian attacks on settlers, and Indian treaty breaking, too. Indian-settler interaction was multidimensional.

I have visited the Holocaust Museum. Your suggestion that it devote space to other genocides is interesting, but if you have ever been there, I think you'd agree that it's not a practical suggestion. The entire structure of the building is meant to suggest the experience of those who were transported to work camps and death camps during World War II.
